Pros

good general conditions. salary over the average. respect of worktime. opportunities to do trainings, if your manager approves, but in some units it is impossible.

Cons

confusing bureaucracy worst managers ever met: good at technical level, but no clue of leading teams, providing guidance or the needed information to do your job. not collaborative ambiance for newcomers. the only important thing for them is giving a good impression towards their own bosses, but it doesnt work at all towards the bottom. the job descriptions might have little to do with the real work. nobody seems to have a sense of responsibility towards their colleagues.
