Pros

Great place If you are eager to learn and work, at the birthplace of a lot of new ideas/initiatives. Great work life balance. Opportunity to learn and practice different languages.

Cons

As any big workplace, you get to see great and not so great things. Political. Hard work not always rewarded. Hard to change jobs, despite advertised mobility. Typical big beaurocracy. There is a lot of power hungry people. The city and its weather may be a problem, but community-wise it is easy to socialize.
