Pros

The most attractive aspect of the job was to prepare the team work, to carry out its part in autonomy, to exchange on the working methods and the procedures to improve -ex .: to simplify, to reduce ...-.

Cons

The most difficult aspect of this position was to juggle the requirements of different employees, to move from one activity to another without transition.

Cons

Maybe more exposure to the DG’s and Commissioners in order to see the complexities at a higher echelon, but nothing more as team was extremely helpful and work interesting
