      Pros

      Very interesting place to work; was drafting policy reports as well as conducting background analyses. Furthermore it is a great international environment and as a blue book trainee you meet people from all over Europe.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy can be limiting. It will very much depend on the unit whether you get something out of it or not.

      Interesting assignments, multicultural environment, stable work, very good benefits, possibility to move, interesting context, lots of skilled and intelligent people

      Cons

      very formal environment, bureaucracy, slow career progress, not many young people, quite some people are on the posts which they are not competent for while some others are over-competent for what they do.
