Pros

International work environment. Provides with opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise. Had a great team to work with. Didn't experience any unhealthy work related stress in 3 years of my experience there.

Cons

Hiring process for permanent positions is too bureaucratic and lengthy and, most certainly, does not assure hire of the best candidates. Due to number of temporary staff within the organization it feels that everything is very temporary.
