Pros

Good balance work/family time; young expat environment; several projects ongoing, so a lot of choices if you have the chance to choose from

Cons

Very bureaucratic processes; being a manager is not something that you get by merit, instead it's just seen as the only way to progress in your salary

Pros

Working with the smartest (and possibly the nicest) people I ever met, learning from them; very nice work environment; having this rare feeling that what you do really matters as it can affect lives of millions of people

Cons

Some of the pros come with a lot of stress. Things can also move very slow, but that's the reality of political pricesses. Besides, projects in a corporation sometimes also move at glacial pace.
