Pros

Large range of projects to work on requiring different skills and knowledge. Ample possibilities to work on high-profile and sensitive projects with high visibility and impact. Easy to change roles/topics once a project is completed. Very competent colleagues, extremely knowledgeable and highly motivated. Many options for personal development. Very diverse and inclusive environment. Mix of languages and nationalities is a real joy.

Cons

Very demanding environment that can be stressful when working on high-profile projects. This could also be a positive aspect. Salary not what used to be. No bonus or other benefits. Need also to account for health expenses (% to be borne by staff with low thresholds in most cases). No state benefits or tax return either, so your salary is the only income you get.
