Toxic company culture full of distrust and manipulation. I've never heard of any other company that would have so many team absolutely incompetent leaders without any managerial skills or expertise in the area they lead which means their subordinates have to do their team leader's job without gaining any credit for it. Team leaders will not hesitate though to accuse their subordinates of not doing a good job without any reasoning.
A very unhealthy environment which negatively affects people's self-esteem and mental health. Don't expect that when you report misconduct, you have any chance to receive fair investigation, HR is there to dismiss any complaints and not to help employees, especially employees who are at the lower levels of the hierarchy.
Business decisions are not done based on what's good for the business but based on friendships.
