      Great management, but a lot of bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Seniority, not performance-based compensation. And the bonus structure is based on team and company performance.

      Great benefits and health care. Benefits like travel reimbursement and fitness reimbursement. Many opportunities to work with colleagues from all around the world and everyday is a challenge. Pays ok.

      Cons

      Managers/supervisors that I am reporting to is doing a bad job and does not act like a leader.
