      Pros

      All-rounded good benefits (both health and travel), modern working environment (office) and friendly colleagues. Very dressed down and fun-loving atmosphere.

      Cons

      Working process not well-streamlined and change ever too often. Not much room for growth career-wise. "Can-do" attitude is good, but it can be imposed upon sometimes unreasonably. Good benefits, but not universal, so much discrepancies and differences depending on your POS.
