I am in a really supportive team. Also some benefits like private healthcare are great and not commonly offered where I live.

Cons

Lately, all uper management has been doing is cuts cuts cuts. It has affected the quality of our service and the quality of life of employees. From team building meetups getting cheaper and sadder to waves of lay-offs, the mood has been gloomy and everyone is worried about more cuts. Also, not all teams are as supportive as mine.
