Great place to work, good benefits packages, free snacks and soda.

Cons

Extremely competitive to recieve a promotion or recognition. Confusing hybrid attendance requirements. Seems like there goals to maintain your job but if you want promotion you must exceed all goals while also on more responsibilities and projects. Basically be a level 2 under the level 1 job title for 6 months to a year before being promoted to a level 2, ... the entire fraud department seems to opperate this way.

Lots of layoffs/reorgs leaving teams confused and product alignment is a mess. It's hard to unite on a vision, things keep changing & getting some simple tasks done takes a million years.
