Pros

Lots of new technology development, plenty to learn, benefits are at par with market standards, great work/life balance. The longer I work here, the more I like this company and its technology direction.

Cons

Some teams have horrible sr. leadership which can restrict growth. They promote excessive favoritism, no mentoring, politics & plenty of back biting. All the best if you fall with one of those teams.

Pros

I work for Expedia Local Expert in Orlando. They have good benefits and a lot of perks like free tickets, and VIP events. The work is pretty easy.

Cons

Currently here almost 2 years. After the one year mark you get burnt out but the benefits are good. It helps if you have an understanding manager who is willing to help you with locations but I do not. No room for advancement unless you are favored.

Pros

international environment, refreshments available in the company, plenty of events, if working for the right team you can meet very friendly and open-minded people and have plenty of fun

Cons

very strict working environment, no flexibility when it comes to working shifts (work only from 9AM till 6PM) - health issues, family and other normally occurring situations in life are strongly recommended to be handled only outside of the working hours ?!!?!! - not really realistic approach. moreover, you only have a career opportunity if you have the "right attitude" not the "right knowledge"
