Pros

Very flexible work life balance as long as you are getting your work done Amazing company to work at if you love to travel Great travel benefits and an overall encouragement to take PTO and explore the world

Cons

The overall company feels pretty unstable with recent C level changes. Each new executive is looking to prove themselves and they seem to be flip flopping on strategy. This includes lots of small re-orgs that can really weigh on your peace of mind at work.
