Pros

The Company is truly a great place to work, the culture is what I prefer with an emphasis on work life balance, the campuses are beautiful, the work is well maintained and evenly distributed for the most part.

Cons

I was laid off at the beginning of May. The process was unnecessarily callous, with multiple people brought into a 30 minute zoom call, just for an unknown HR Rep talking at you for 4 minutes telling you this is your last day of work. No communication from the people teams in regards to returning your equipment, I basically had to drop it off at the front door with less than a thank you. I was told I'd have priority when applying to the company again. I have applied to 23 other roles that I was qualified for some even clearing qualifications by 3+ years only to be turned down within 43 minutes of applying.
