Pros

A lot of the people within your team are great and make the working day easier. Lots of inclusion groups, who also hold events throughout the year, no matter the location.

Cons

Not widely flexible for work/life balance, and tend to be the "sheep" in the tech business. Only interested in growth opportunities in prime locations. Too many layoffs, creating a lot of projects to be scraped or placed into a "backlog" pile.
