Excellent benefits! Great group of coworkers along with frequent activities at work to take mind off the redundancy of the job.

Cons

An act of congress to move up. The call center that I worked had the same supervisors for many years with little promotions within the ranks. Company does not change targets for commission if their are computer/network failures, which always seemed to happen at the end of a pay cycle. Weird.
