Partnerships with a few great gems at EG.

Cons

People joke that the one constant at EG is change. Not in a good way. Tremendously difficult to get things done. A lot of last minute things piled on constantly, redundancy. Managers never meet with employees too many meetings that could have been emails. No transparency constant state of fear of lay offs

Kind, caring people; I've not experienced any egos and I've been here for 6 years. I love the work that I do. I feel so connected to our mission to power travel for everyone. I feel included and supported by my team and my manager. The team I'm in and our extended team are all incredibly passionate about the work they do.

Cons

It can feel quiet chaotic sometimes. As with many tech organisations there is restructures every year or so.
