      Pros

      I support finance - generally a nice group of people to work with. Seattle campus is amazing - but awkward to get to.

      Cons

      No push from leadership to be streamlined or efficient in weekly/monthly/quarterly processes - creates a lot of last minute unnecessary chaos.
