Cons

Complete corruption of merit and work. Leadership does not like to hear critical feedback. Not a company where "it is what you do" but "who you know."

- Nepoism is pretty spread there. Definitely not recommended for people, who wanna just do a good job for living and enjoy their private life. - Everything is measured, controlled and evaluated to the deepest matter. - Salary way to low for this kind of job.

If you need free tea and coffee and want to be treated like a slave by this american company then go for it. Highly toxic work culture is what is good with this company

Cons

Toxic work culture, if you are close to management then it may work else get ready to be fired. This company fire employees like anything and nothing comes out in media. They are only US centric organisation and India is just a backoffice kind of work.
