Pros

Expedia has a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. There isn't any pressure from upper management. I go home feeling satisfied with my work.

Cons

The friends and family feeling/team wholeness all depends on the team you're on. There are some teams that hangout weekly, while some teams are once a quarter. However, it's easy to meet people, socialize, and make friends.
