Pros

- International relocation opportunities - Great career development opportunities - Employees are empowered to make decisions at all levels - The start-up mindset is growing stronger every day in product and technology

Cons

- Not enough of 'the good guys' to go around to manage all the parts of the organization that need it - Slow adoption of nimble start-up mindset in other parts of the company - Still a few remnants of times gone by hanging around trying to halt progress

Pros

Good compensation to offer. Free food

Cons

you join with a dream of joining a product company, but soon you realize that you have joined a typical service/bpo company with a lot of beaurocracy and peer politics, making it a pathetic place to work.
