      Awesome benefits, awful pay

      Pros

      Opportunity to meet lots of new people, create exciting and memorable experiences, participate in activities, and get to know your community.

      Cons

      It is difficult to make any money with the commission system that is in place, especially for slower properties or properties requiring you to work on a split.
