- 50% of time must be spent in the office (ironic considering it's a travel company) - they recently introduced 'Expedia week' where 4 weeks per year, everyone has to go to the office for the whole week - disappointing yearly pay rises - the work is quite slow and isn't particularly interesting - certain members of management are unsupportive and only looking out for themselves

Management team constantly change, which means the focus of team will also change. No longer the top payer for the employees. Company internal movement full of gigs position (temporary change of role but without pay match), doesn't promote employee easily.
