Pros

Great company to work for. Employees are always willing to help each other out. With the constant changes in the company (procedures, etc.) it is helpful to know you can reach out to anyone.

Cons

A lot of change. When you think you understand something, they change it. Of course it is for the better but it is sometimes hard to keep up with.

Pros

Personal development opportunities, time-off compensation, working/office environment, THE PEOPLE!

Cons

The vast amount of information and systems to learn - part of the company mentality is a loose structure to training, encouraging everyone to develop their own methods and best practices. Coming from an 'SOP' world in hotel operations, this is a big adjustment. The senior management is very supportive and encouraging all the same.
