Pros

Amazing cross functional learning. Given a lot of responsibility.

Cons

Too much to do, too few people. This causes lesser opportunity to absorb learning.

Pros

Company is doing OK financially, so if you have options there is something to feel good about Decent travel benefits Some pockets within the company really want to do the right thing and kick butt in the market.

Cons

Run by a banker, not a technology or product visionary High turnover at every level including executive management Big company politics Too much variability from one team to the next. Some leaders are well liked and respected while others are mocked by their most senior lieutenants. Too much focus on infighting and kingdoms. A lot of MS culture still remains.
