Pros

Work from home. Great coworkers.

Cons

When an employee makes 100's on monthly scorecards, gets along with coworkers, clients give compliments on consistant basis and still gets let go and not given exact reason. Some managers are very petty and unprofessional.

Pros

Travel Benenfits; Working from home; location- downtown Bellevue; Cafe Ladro is in the lobby; opportunities to work abroad; although limited, on site training.

Cons

A travel company that prohibits you from traveling when the project necessitates it!!! Company direction changes and philosophy has changed many time over the last few years. Changing the logo and jingle makes everyone feel disconneted. What happened to the brand? It's about individual egos, not the overall succes of the business.
