The culture and love for travel is great!

Cons

Crosstraining is spreading our team members out too thin, and it is hard to focus the proper time and attention to any matter. Training is also scarce because there is no time/ people dedicated to that aspect.

Cons

Gurgaon traffic can be a pain, confined to travel domain unlike other product companies, changing priorities and management flux
