Pros

There are lots of fun problem to solve. Whether it is in user experience or payment processing, there is a little bit of everything. There is lots of opportunity to improve the way the product is built and released as the current methods are manual or people intensive.

Cons

Pretty incompetent senior management, particularly at the VP level. No synergy between the different business units in technology, process, and how it affects the user of the product. There is no consideration of quality from the test organizations and this permeates into the other stages of building the products. IT is very disfunctional and not in line with the the activities that generate revenue for the company.

Pros

Flexible hours, dress code, global expansion of company.

Cons

Too high expectations, not enough resources to complete expected amount of work, too much red tape to get things accomplished. Way too many meetings.
