Pros

The people are great. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. I have a strong sense of work / life balance. My immediate manager is very supportive and invested in my career.

Cons

Not sure of the long-term strategic vision. We tend to focus too much on the short-term issues, rather than looking into the future. I'm unsure if the current business model is sustainable, and would like to know what Sr Management is thinking about for 2010+.

Pros

Great benefits and a fun product.

Cons

Poor management. It was a terrific place to work but is now a shell of its former self. Since 2004, it has been caught in a downward spiral. Current management is too concerned with making its own mark than with making the company the best it can be. There is no concern for employees - particularly those who have been there for any length of time. It may be just fine for new employees though, who have no knowledge of the company's golden age.
