Pros

Very fair to the best employees - management provides better raises to employees who work hard and excel at what they do. They are also very supportive and helpful if you are looking to get into another position at the company, no matter how much they need you to stay where you are. If you're lazy and don't do a good job, chances are they'll keep you around, but your pay will reflect your behavior. Three weeks vacation/sick time is good compared to some other companies I've seen recently, but for a travel company, I think there should be more. Fitness reimbursement along with other random benefits. Good hotel discounts. Very supportive company culture.

Cons

Entry-level pay could be better. More time off to increase our travel knowledge. Crappy employees are allowed to linger and cause problems others have to fix.

Pros

They have great and talented people. Very fast paced working envirment.

Cons

I hope they can start hiring full time employee. I enjoyed working there at a contractor, but because of the budget, although my manager wanted to hire me as a full time, but no budget.

Pros

Great corporate culture Relaxed work environment with good morale events Good attention to personal growth and advancement opportunities Dedicated people who love their job

Cons

Top heavy management (too many managers/directors who seem immune to any layoffs like the last recession. Individual Contributors are the first to go!) Lack of focus for future. Priorities are constantly shifting, so last quarter's pri-1 is shelved this quarter to make way for a new pri-1.
