Pros

Benefits are great, lots of sick leave / PTO, work/life is perfect, 3 days in the office each week after COVID.

Cons

Travel benefits are minimal, and they don't stack with sales or bundling discounts, so sometimes bundles that everyone gets is better pricing than employee discount. Layoffs seem to be twice a year, all done by accountants. Your work may be terribly important to the function of the company, but that will not be taken into account. If you're paid too much for your role, or they think they can get by with less man-power in your department, you may get kicked out.

Pros

Good colleagues and work life balance

Cons
