The benefits are great here - PTO, maternity leave (18 - 20 weeks at full pay), paternity leave, insurance, etc.

Cons

Leadership can be toxic at times depending on the team. Seems like there is a lot of room for growth, however, it's nearly impossible or takes a long time to even be considered as most open positions, the hiring manager already has someone they want for the role.
