Pros

I found my co-workers to be hard working, diverse and intelligent. Work/life balance was fair. Compensation was at or slightly above industry standard.

Cons

'Quality Assurance' and 'Test' was eliminated from all job titles. Dev's and QA's have different mindsets and complement each other well. Most QA's technical skills aren't on par with that of a Dev so when it came to review , those of the QA mindset had an inherent disadvantage.
