Managers are good. Work life balance. Good Salaries. You can easily done your tasks if you have fair knowledge, no need to be genius :D

Cons

Sometimes the communication between other teams or between the team members can be hard due to the time zone differences. A lot of engineers just keep talking without doing the real code. just writing documents and putting theories, they are doing that just for the show off purposes.
