This senior director stayed for years years without being caught he abused his employees for decades until he was let go. Name calling, yelling and degrading was his everyday. He would change seating arrangement on the floor every few months. He divided the team into two tiers, the first were close to him and not doing much work instead they were giving “feedback” on their members or simply put sabotaging.
