Was a terrible experience, worked in a branch that was a revolving door of employees. The training was awful and fairly ineffective. Many companies have not heard of Express Employment Pros, so the name was basically worthless in my territory. The software we used was not really intuitive,I found it useless and terrible, pretty sure I am not alone. Would have to call tech support constantly, and I am a tech savvy person. Because it is a franchise, if the owner is good it could be a decent place. In my case it was not, and my job description changed from what I was told when I was hired. Due to it being a franchise, the owners have to give money to Express Employment so there is a healthy chance you will be underpaid commission wise, and possibly on your base as well. If it is a new office or recently sold office BEWARE and WATCH OUT . If business is bad, and the owner doesn't have capital or experience to get over the initial hump, it could mean you will be in the unemployment line or trying to get a job via competitors whose business you were trying to get a piece of. Although I cant prove it, looks like most of the reviews that are positive are fake, not from workers in the trenches.
