Pros
Finding contracts have been easy. Steady employment is possible. I've had a couple different issues with payroll. Once I thought direct deposit had started but it was starting the next week. And another was an error with my paycheck. Both times, I called the office and was happily surprised by the care and concern in making sure I received my paycheck. Both times, they were delivered to me at the company I was contracted at within hours.
Cons
Payroll is disorganized and not contractor friendly. Unless it's a long contract, weekly timecards must be faxed or emailed instead of entered online. Pay is lower than other agencies.
