Pros
I wouldn't really know. I didn't stick around long enough to experience a "pro". There are too many temp services to hang in with one that has inconsiderate and disrespectful staff.
Cons
Unprofessional office staffing employees. Which consisted of poor communication, rude , dismissive, ignorant, and contemptuous attitudes. Perhaps they aren't all so unprofessional. My handler, or whatever you call them, most assuredly was.
