      Express is a International Company that has 700 independently owned franchise offices. The home office located in Oklahoma City, provides excellent support to the franchisee.

      Cons

      Training Coaching, and Compensation is determined by the individual franchisee.

      Pros

      I got to feel like I was really making a difference and helping others. That was the most rewarding part of the job. Express as a whole is a GREAT company. A lot of very good training offered, great culture. However, they are franchised so depending on which location you are a part of determines your experience.

      Cons

      Very stressful, management was terrible. Had no idea what was really going on in the office, but had totally unrealistic expectations of staff. Underpaid employees based on other agencies. Did not offer insurance. Expected your underpaid job to be your life.
