Pros
Easy interview, easy apply, okay pay if they find assignments for you, employee benefits, protection from various complications on the job. Friendly staff.
Cons
Been employed by them for about 2.5 months now and haven't had a single assignment. Put in landscaping jobs and those are supposed to be huge during the summer but they haven't called for any assignments even though told them I was actively interested and that since my graduation I would be available for full-time.
