      The staff at ExpressPros in Wilmington, NC is great and works hard to find suitable work for temps. Very professional.

      Cons

      None really, except for the slow season. Which isn't the company's fault, just the economy and location.

      Very helpful. You need work and they need people to work. The have a great job selection with nice pay.

      Pros

      Stable 20+ year franchise with wonderful, hands-on owners that truly care and work hard. Unlimited supply of marketing materials, handouts, calendars, etc. Excellent software package for maintaining accounts, records, prospects, etc.

      Cons

      Focus is on the industrial/warehouse market where a high percentage of associates/workers fail drug tests and are very un-reliable. Tremendous competition in other verticals besides their niche. No health insurance or 401K for actual employees.
