      Pros

      If you are on time and relate well to their business clients, there is no end to the help this company will provide you! I called in several times a week, and managed to keep about 30 hours a week under my belt. They serve a diverse clientele, so their job offerings are much more than serving or janitorial. I have secured work for myself and two family members with them!

      It can be difficult to continually adjust your commute if you don't have a car.

      They don't jerk you around on your pay or benefits.

      Cons

      I think they could put a lot more effort into re-assignments when requested. I got hired with a past felony record and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, my placement coordinator used my "past record" as the #1 excuse as to why I could not be reassigned to any other job. I don't believe it, I am reasonably certain they could place me in another assignment somewhere.
