      Pros

      You don't have to have a solid background of any nature to be given manual labor to do.

      Cons

      Almost everyone you work with is a 9.0 in weird or clumsy on the social richter scale. You supposedly have 48 hours to end an assignment, but doing so can get you blacklisted as it takes "money out of the pockets" of the people who hand out assignments. You get treated like you are just another person who couldn't find a "real job" by staff.

      Pros

      -You get a paycheck -Possibility of making new friends/meeting new people -Quick job placement (sometimes). -Exceptionally friendly employees (depending on where you are).

      Cons

      -You're a temp, which means you can be taken off an assignment for any/no reason at all. -Nepotism. Especially with regards to placement. -They don't have your back when a client company mistreats you.
