Pros
The recruiting specialists can be amazing at keeping you busy and doing interesting jobs if you show up on time and work hard. Once you are working for a client, they will check up on you occasionally and make sure you are doing well (they also check up with their client to make sure you are meeting their expectations).
Cons
The people who apply to work for Express are not always winners. If you have a good work ethic and get put on a job site where you have to work with other Express temps who have a bad work ethic, it can be like a form of torture. The pay is okay.
