Express Employment has built a wonderfully authentic & caring family of people, from the hand selected new franchise owners to all members of the corporate team. It was a privilege to have been part of the organization.

Cons

Building your business from scratch is hard work. It's hard to understand exactly how hard and what's all on your plate as an owner if you've not done it before, especially if you're coming from a corporate background.

Pros

The clientele is very nice for most part and polite. Most coworkers have good attendance and are hardworking. The hours are steady and the pay for the most part is fair.

Cons

Never should've decided to add floors and make bids for them without any knowledge whatsoever especially if not going follow agreement made with clients upon making contract. communicatie with employees. Plus you don't just through clients to the wayside once you obtain a new one. All need to be maintained and done to satisfaction not just new one. Supervisor not experienced and should have at least been trained if not experienced.
