Pros
A good first job. This company is a way to get your foot in the door if you want to be in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR.
Cons
The competitive culture that is cultivated and championed in this company hurts it more than it helps it. The burnout from working evenings , weekends and coming in early just to keep up with workload… the “coaching” and realignment conversations that come from leadership do just the opposite of motivating. I suggest to use it , learn what you can then leave. Do not get comfortable
