-Best training tools and teams! -Awesome cooperate culture that sets tone in each individual office. -I would recommend anyone apply for external and or internal roles.

Cons

-With the office I worked at, and like so many others, each internal employee was on-call for a set duration of time every few weeks. Not the worst thing in the world, but I will not miss those 5:00am phone calls. -I know of some offices not having the best management; however, the office I worked for and so many many more I was close with had amazing leadership.
