Nothing positive i can share.

Cons

Zero leadership. Zero training. Stuck me back in the office and basically “figure it out”. Hired on as a “sales”person, come to find out never was intented to be one. Instead was told I was a recruiter. Lied to about benefits of job, went to management several times for answers and got “not sure ask the other leader”, “oh you will have to ask the other leader”. Poor leadership putting it nicely.

Great for someone learning to do outside sales. You learn a great system that help you if you decide other sales roles in the future

Cons

The system became redundant and unattainable.. because the territories are so compact you will visit the same companies ever week or 2 and it gets annoying for the possible client
