Pros
There are NO good reasons to work for this company. At least not at the Indianapolis East location. The pay is decent and its close to my home otherwise I would have left after the first week.
Cons
Management is a complete dumpster fire here and has NO idea what he's doing. He belittles employees and talks about other behind their backs. Fires an employee just days before she looses her newborn baby after missing work to visit her in the hospital. He's a real piece of work and would absolutely fire me if he knew I called him out, I would say his skill set is more suited to operate in a Taco Bell setting... at a drive-thru. Again... this is ONLY my experience working at the Indianapolis East location. The company itself at a corporate level is great otherwise.
